Another two months later, these students became to open their eyes smaller and smaller when watching things till their eyes were narrowed like a line at last. The result of our investigations and researches proved that the occurrence of a child’s myopic needs to experience three stages: it will take three months for a child from a pair of bright eyes that can see things clearly to the period that eyes cannot see things clearly until open widely. This is the first stage, which is also the period of sight declining. It will take another two months from the period that one cannot see things clearly until open eyes widely to the period that cannot see things clearly until narrow eyes a little. This is the second stage. A child has to narrow his or her eyes to see things shows that the adjustment ability of the eyes’ physiological limit has been reached. In our study, during the following two months, several students’ eyes cannot work normally without putting on a pair of glasses, and this is the third stage of the occurrence of myopia.
